Huê Bùi
Design Intern
Huê Bùi grew up in Vietnam and is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture degree at UC Berkeley. She previously received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from NYU, where she spent time making oil paintings and textile sculptures.
As an architecture student, Hue is invested in learning how architecture can employ interdisciplinary research to critically respond to cultural and environmental contexts to produce sensitive, specific, and relevant designs. Hue likes making things with her hands; she also likes oblique drawings, wooden objects, and scenic drives. Hue received the Student Excellence Award from NYU Steinhardt, and recently the Design Process Award from UC Berkeley CED.
